I adore my Engineer 12R's!

I adore my Engineer 12R's! I tried the Harness first, but they were too narrow for my wide-ish feet. The Engineer 12's fit perfectly. They are hard to get on (the tip about wrapping your feet in plastic was spot on) but once they're on, they are super comfortable. I love them!

The search is over!

I am absolutely in love in love with these boots. It’s amazing how comfortable they are the minute you put them on. They’re so soft, cushiony and well made. They do run small for me. I’m normally a 7.5 and I purchased both 7.5 and 8. Ended up returning the 7.5 because it was short length wise but width wise they fit well. I ultimately went for the size 8 and I am so glad I did. I have been wearing these nonstop since I purchased them. I am waiting on the gaucho color to come back in stock to complete my collection. The gaucho color hasn’t been in stock for a long long time.. hopefully it’ll restock soon.

Love at first wear :)

Amazingly comfy right out of the box. I literally put a few miles on them the first day that I wore them. Cool looking as well. Love!!

They are gorgeous, but, they

They are gorgeous, but, they are surprisingly narrow in the toe box and don’t have much cushion. I may have the toe box stretched a bit. I can’t for fall to wear them more.

I have two pair of

I have two pair of Frye Boots. Absolutely love them. I ordered this pair however and wasn't able to put my foot in past the curve of the boot. I tried several times, but was unable to. I had to send them back.

I've been wearing this same style boot for 12 yrs. I purchased new pair approximately every 2 yrs. I wear them for basically everything. 12 months a year.

Engineer 12R are cool, classy, sturdy and very comfortable. They fit true to size. Easy to take on and off. They contour to my feet like a custom fit. Next year I’ll be purchasing the Engineer 8R. Frye, I’d like to thank you for making these boots in America.

Very stiff uppers!

These are really hard to get your feet into and I’m having to break them in with moleskin, because they are very stiff over the top of my arches. I think once they soften, they’ll be fine.
