Hated It

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Macey satin blouse as shown looked to be a winner. Once received I immediately noted it was so very extra shiny. Much more than I recall seeing in satins ever. This look is reminiscent of my aunties pajamas. Also I’m usually a size medium in Free People. Once tried on it was a disaster. The sleeves were longer as shown, but the fabric is so very heavy. The fit in the body is odd. I believed the fit was to be loosely oversized. It is not. A size medium with dropped shoulder was unattractively closer fitting and the collar has a larger, wider and droopy look. But I couldn’t tell this based on the marketing photo. Personally, this is a dud. As a final sale item, I will donate it to a cause for women.

Nice fabric
