Runs way big in the waist

I bought a size 29 when I normally wear a 29 or 30 in most jeans. I had to exchange right away and got a size 28. Should've gotten a 27! These run WAY big in waist. I'm constantly tugging on the waist to pull them up. Comfy on legs.

Waist is too big

I own many FP jeans and these just fit wrong. The waist is soooo big compared to the legs and hips.

I really love these jeans

I bought two pair in my normal size. I’m 5’3 weigh 132 28 in waist. My first pair of jeans from free people that doesn’t sag in the seat or aren’t too tight on my legs

If you want comfort these are for you

I really wanted black distressed jeans and I’ve never buy my jeans online but FB jeans on sale? I couldn’t pass it up. I absolutely loved how they fit. The pants hug my body in all the right places, the fabric is soft and stretchy and it just moves with me and the length was perfect too. I’m a curvy hourglass shape at 160lb and 5’3” tall.

New Daily Wear Jeans

Please note that these jeans are a lot lighter in color than on the photo. They're super comfortable and stretch. I am 5'3 and 150lbs and I bought an 8/29. I cuff all of my jeans so these hit at an appropriate length un cuffed, if that matters to you. They're so soft and I'd even say I could have sized down to a 6/28 but I wanted something that felt easy to wear and not too tight. I'd anticipate these would break in quite a bit since they're very stretchy. Overall, they're a great price and definitely my new daily wear jeans. I used to work at Lucky Brand and I have at least 20 pairs of Lucky Brand jeans right now that I just don't wear, partly because of the size right now and the level of everyday comfort. I'm a student and I sit in class a lot, and I don't want something that digs into my belly. The quality is definitely better in the Lucky jeans than the Free People jeans but these FP jeans beat out the Lucky Brand jeans in comfort.
