Really wanted to love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this dress. It ticks all the boxes on paper but there was a lot of excess fabric around the middle and it looked like a maternity dress on because of the way the bodice draped above the stomach. I would have worn it with a belt but the curved bodice made it odd looking.

Beautiful!

This dress is stunning. Just as it is pictured. It is perfect for smaller chests. I also love the high-low design of it. So much stunning detail. I ordered an XS and am 120lbs and 5'8'.

It's Free People- people! lol

if you are familiar with this brand-then you know you're looking into clothing that runs big and is NOT your basic or typical outfit or color(s) for that matter. With that said, I am 5'2, 38 bust and a Large fit me just fine including the length. It was the bust area I was most concerned with, and if I wanted I prob could've done a M.. either way, I've decided to keep the large for comfort and in case it shrinks. the dress was not heavy to me or overpowering although it is very! flowy. It is lined and omg! it has pockets. About the only thing anyone's going to see in this dress is the back fat (if you have it) and you're ankles. Overall, it's a very unique dress and am keeping it for that very reason. Hope this helps
