Logistical issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coat is obviously super cozy and very cute. You really do want to wrap yourself up like a burrito. BUT my issue is the placement of the buttons. The top button is below the chest. There is no closure above the chest so the top kinda flaps open. Not very helpful in colder/windy situations.
