Perfect for elementary school teachers

Love it but.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The elastic is not stretchy or loose enough. I am small, like size 2 but to get over hips is hard and around my waist it is not as comfortable as it could be. I find this the same with the other skirt and shorts I purchased.i can wear them and like the appearance of them, but could feel better.
