Franklin Iron Works Nightstand Table lamps- 2

The lamps are perfect for my guest bedroom. BIG DISAPOINTMENT when I found out that they were made with some lead that could cause Cancer! I would of never purchased these lamps. I saw no warning about the lead on Macy's website or on Lamps Plus website. I have a Dyson air purifier on 24/7 hoping to keep the air clean of any lead. I find this very deceiving !!!

Lamp review

The style of the lamps is outstanding. Unfortunately the attachment of the post to the base is weak. On each lamp, this causes the lamp to really wobble when you pull the chain to turn on the lamp. I thought that I had a defective pair, so I ordered another pair of these lamps. Same problem with the second order. I returned my order. It seems like a simple fix by the manufacturer (e.g., provide a larger plate inside the base for the post to attach and be stable). If you like a lamp for show, this is it. If you want a lamp with a secure non-wobbling lamp post and base, this may not be your lamp.
