Macy's would not accept return

This was a sale item. Shirt arrived with stains on and around the pocket, and Macy's would NOT accept return. I was told to bring it to a store, and the store might or might not accept/exchange it. I don't live near a store. I understand the "final sale" concept with something that doesn't fit, for instance. But in this case, I paid for an item that was essentially broken/non-functioning. They should have accepted return in that case.

Wrong Color Received Twice

Follow up to my previous review. They sent the wrong color again! Ordered a green shirt, received a brown one. Contacted customer service to send the correct color shirt and they sent a brown shirt again. Don't order the green color shirt because they'll most likely send you a brown one.

Wrong Colored Shirt

Ordered a XXL Frank & Oak Jasper Oxford shirt in green and received a XXL Shirt in Brown #1110352.

Wrong Color Received Twice

Ordered this shirt in Beetle (green color) and received the color Brown. The brown color for this shirt is called Tigers Eye, but the packaging all says Brown. Returned it for a different size and correct color and received Brown again. Company seems to be disorganized, to lack attention to detail, and to be inconsistent in their labeling. The shirt is fine, however the inconvenience of not receiving what was requested is costing them the sale and me a shirt.
