Old chocolate in box

I had planned on giving one box to a friend and was going to keep one for myself. Thank goodness I opened my box. The chocolate had completely turned and it was all white on the top. This wasn't sea salt or any part of the chocolate. Returned both boxes.

Delicious Chocolates!

I purchased this Frango 1/3 LB Milk Sea Salt Caramel Box Of Chocolates for my friend in an Assisted Living Home and she loved and enjoyed these chocolates that she said were so very delicious.

Delicious

These caramels are soft and absolutely delicious. I wasn't sure I'd like the salt on top of the chocolate, but it's actually quite good.

NOT GOOD

The chocolates are discolored and taste old. They took many dats ro ship so my hunch is that they melted and that solidified again in the heat. Frango mint said that I need to call macys. Macys hasn't responded to my last several inquiries so I do t think any customer service cares about the quality at macys.
