Having hallux valgus means my dress shoe options are almost nonexistent. More often than not, I “break” my outfit with running shoes—no matter the occasion. These Franco Sarto Mary Janes might change that. I like the elevated, pointe-shoe–inspired style. The square toe and tapered opening create the illusion of a straighter toe line, and they work well with both casual and more polished looks. I’ve only worn them for short periods so far, but the leather feels soft to the touch while still structured. I sized up to avoid toe pressure and to accommodate orthotic inserts for extended wear, though there is a built-in arch pad for a bit of extra support. Are they as comfortable as my sneakers? Of course not—but for an exceptional evening out, they’re a solid contender, and the first dress shoe in years I’ve actually looked forward to wearing.

Great style and very comfortable
Great support and very comfortable and well made with real leather, I wear sise 8 1/2 so I went a size larger due to the flat toe. They are absolutely adorable and can be worn with a pair of jeans or a nice dress. One of my absolute favorite styles and I will be getting some of the other colors. I highly receive anyone to try a pair you won't be disappointed.

Nice shoes
These shoes are really comfortable with the very smooth leather material. The style is versatile to mix and match with many outfits. They are true size fit which I was so glad. However, they are flat so I don wear them all day long to avoid being painful.

Comfortable and nice
I received this product through an Influenster campaign in exchange of an honest opinion. I ordered these shoes size 7.5 and they were a perfect fit. They feel comfortable and strong, and they give a very classy look. I tried going to work in these (which involves walking) and going back back, and my feet did not hurt at all. Very recommended.

Real leather!
These are real leather! They’re durable, and fit well for my medium feet. Surprisingly, there is a supportive insole, making them extremely comfortable. I think these are well made at a great price point—again, these are REAL LEATHER! Soft and supple leather. I’m interested in getting the other pair in the red color too, considering the quality.
