Ugly boots

The shoes are ugly. Shoes look cheap. They don’t fit and I want my money back.

Looks Cheap

These boots claim to be leather, but they look like they are vinyl. I am not happy at all. It is a final sale, but due to the quality, I feel they should be able to be returned.
