Zip broke within 3 months of purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked this bag but the laptop zipper broke quicker than expected . Need help with fixing please

I absolutely love this bag, but had to give it only three stars because on the main compartment, the zipper keeps catching on the corners.

GET THIS BAG!

This laptop backpack answered everything I needed in a work bag and purse combined. I was looking for a classy bag to carry my 15" laptop and everything else like my wallet and 2 cell phones and umbrella. Keys, work badge, and all the other purse like stuff. The quality is top tier. The price was fabulous. I LOVE taking this bag to work everyday! I can't say enough about the number of pockets and the size of the compartments. Get this bag. You will not be disappointed.

Does not fit a 15" Laptop

Bought the product for work to bring my 15" Laptop (Acer Aspire V) but it does not fit as can be seen in the image attached. Recommend? Depends on your notebook size!

In Love

I love everything about this backpack!! The quality of leather is outstanding and the durability of this bag is right on point. The compartments inside are very good for the busy professional woman who needs different compartments for phone, cash, cards, lipsticks, water, ipad, paperwork, etc.
