I ordered this watch as a Christmas gift for my wife. Next day air. This is totally her style. I opened the box and it's an entirely different watch. If you want this watch, you may have to order another one in hopes of getting this one. Super unprofessional. When I spoke to customer service they offered to send a return label and to next day air the correct watch. But first the request to get the replacement takes 2 days then shipping it out and me receiving it would take another 2 days. I would receive it after Christmas. This was the main gift I purchased my newly wedded wife. All the other gifts were minor in comparison. Thank you Fossil for making our first Christmas as husband and wife so special.

Gorgeous and Classy!
I bought the double wrap Raquel in gold online from Fossil and cannot brag about it enough! I bought as a work reward for myself and had it engraved. It arrived almost overnight with standard shipping! A cherry on top! One FYI: the wrap band came way too large so I took it to Fossil at my local mall and they removed some links at no cost. Super happy with the purchase. Thanks Fossil!

My every day watch!
The Raquel is my everyday watch. It's simple and classy. Easy to tell the time with the face layout. The band has scratched up fairly quickly but could be due my daily use of it no matter what activity.

This is a gorgeous and unique timepiece and one of the few things I own that I'm super passionate about. I get the most comments and compliments on this watch. It's so classic and elegant and I've been wearing it every day since I got it in May 2023. Still looks amazing, but now loved and used. I can see myself passing this down to future generations. It's wonderful, you won't regret it!

I got empty box . The item was missing.
I ordered a watch and got the package delivered today. But when I open the box. The box was empty only with guideline paper. I tried calling customer service right away but it's not ringing. The call is failing every time. And I mailed as well but haven't received any feedback or reply.
