Watch face is white not mother of pearl

Love the band but the Mother of pearl face looks completely white.

Great experience

The personnel at the Macy's location in Clearwater, FL were extremely helpful in showing me the watches, assisting in the online order and finalizing the purchase when the watch was ready to be picked up. They made it a very easy and efficient experience. I would use Macy's jewelry department again based on this recent visit.
