I ordered this watch and I got absolutely different one. 🙂 It’s embarrassing to be that much unprofessional at your job to be honest. I’m so disappointed!
Cute watch, not so cute functionality
I bought this less than a month ago and the watch band has broken and fell off my wrist each time i've tried to wear it. A screw on the band has been falling out, I assume it is the reason that the watch keeps doing this. I would think that the product would be better considering the price and Fossil being a good brand from what I've heard.

DO NOT BUY
I ordered this watch as a Christmas gift for my wife. Next day air. This is totally her style. I opened the box and it's an entirely different watch. If you want this watch, you may have to order another one in hopes of getting this one. Super unprofessional. When I spoke to customer service they offered to send a return label and to next day air the correct watch. But first the request to get the replacement takes 2 days then shipping it out and me receiving it would take another 2 days. I would receive it after Christmas. This was the main gift I purchased my newly wedded wife. All the other gifts were minor in comparison. Thank you Fossil for making our first Christmas as husband and wife so special.

Versatile watch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this watch! I can wear the watch to work or wear it for special occasions. It truly completes my outfits and I don't leave home without it. The color is beautiful and really suits warm-toned skin. The watch is really easy to put on. My wrists are quite small so I needed 4 links to be taken out for me to be able to properly wear it.

Gorgeous and Classy!
I bought the double wrap Raquel in gold online from Fossil and cannot brag about it enough! I bought as a work reward for myself and had it engraved. It arrived almost overnight with standard shipping! A cherry on top! One FYI: the wrap band came way too large so I took it to Fossil at my local mall and they removed some links at no cost. Super happy with the purchase. Thanks Fossil!

My every day watch!
The Raquel is my everyday watch. It's simple and classy. Easy to tell the time with the face layout. The band has scratched up fairly quickly but could be due my daily use of it no matter what activity.
