Did not come with the key and any lock as shown

I love the purse but was just disappointed that it did not come with the key and lock as shown on the picture. The key would have added an accent on the purse which is one of the reason I bought it. Just don't know who to contact to have them sent to me.

Yes I would buy it again

I love the purse!! I just wish the smaller straps would have been a little bit longer so that I could carry it on my shoulder and yes I know u have the longer strap but I don't like to carry it like that but I love the purse!! It's perfect size!!♥️

I don't think I will buy it again

I received the bag in the box that I didn't feel the same box as others do. The bag was not in the plastic bag anymore. It's just naked in a box with a little brown paper like it's not a new one. The bag itself has a white spot on it that I don't know how to get rid of it but I have no choice because I will fly out of the states the day after tomorrow so no time to return or do anything. I also ordered the kitten keychain and the message I got was telling me it's cancelled but I never got my money back. When I got the bag I got another email that said the keychain is processed but I have no time to wait for the delivery. I'm so disappointed. It's like I paid the full price plus no keychain and got the defected product.
