Great but came in a open box

I previously have purchased the Gryffindor watch from fossil and it came perfectly. I finally decided to get the Hogwarts watch and it was a little disappointing the watch itself is gorgeous and fancy, it's a collectible and limited edition so it should come with authenticity card and other info, mine was clearly a open box watch because it didn't came with those cards that I got on my first watch and I have watched open boxes videos of this one and mine didn't came like the others, so it was a little disappointing also the watch itself came with a small tiny imperfection. I decided to not exchange because I think is annoying but I wish it was in perfect condition and with all special cards and info inside.
