Watch strap broke after less than 10 uses

The watch itself is nice and exactly as pictured. The strap broke after 10 uses and I contacted the support team 3 times to try to resolve the issue. Did not receive help or a resolution.

A great buy!

I purchased this watch for my boyfriend as a birthday gift. He loved it! I had it engraved and the engraving was beautifully done. The quality of the watch is great and the look is very classic. I would purchase again.
