This is my third Fossil Watch and they just keep Getting worse. They are buggy, need to be reset all the time. Loses pairing to phone. And now, black screen of death. Stay away. Just not worth it.

Stopped working after 1 year.
I used my watch mainly to track my daily activities, mostly running and lifting. It started slowing down and glitching towards 1 year of using it. Then a little over 1 year, I took it to the lake but didn't even go in the water with it on, and it stopped working. Black screen. Tried to charge it. Still a black screen. I've been a supporter of fossil smartwatches, this being my 3rd one, even though the last 2 glitched often.... but now I think it's time to just switch over to something else.

Another problem with this watch
I had a problem before, now I update the software and the watch got stuck in Talk mode and there's no way to get out, seriously I'm tired of this watch, I want to return it, swap it o my money back!!!!

Be sure the person you buy it for is tech savy
It doesn't work half the time. We can't get it to do half the things it said it would do. Being that it was bought for Christmas, maybe a longer return time would be helpful OR AN ACTUAL USERS MANUAL!
