This purchase was the worst purchase ever. We ordered this watch online for a gift which happened to arrive 2 days earlier than expected. turned out to be the wrong watch less in price than the one we ordered. I chatted to customer service to find a resolution and the associate was not empathetic and extremely rude. I called to speak to a supervisor and was told I would get a call back 24-48 hours later and to this day I have not received a call back to express my dissatisfaction. And please don't get me wrong I understand mistakes can happen but when they want to hold me accountable for their own mistakes and have me do the leg work, its unacceptable.
