It doesn't meet my expectations.

I thought the image of Washington (face) was permanent but it just isn't. The quality is good. They must be more specific when promoting their products.

Incorrect color

I like the design but it is definitely not black. More of a brown, disappointing. I thought maybe I was wrong but I put it next to a black bag and I was right, will be returning. Such a bummer because I thought it was cool looking online.
