Tough leather bag, not as pretty as picture.

Macy's has stopped displaying the dimensions of handbags. This bag is bigger that I would like. It isn't as nice looking in reality as in the picture. It is a hard handbag, I would prefer something more flexible. I would not want to carry it around. Please provide more details on the website to assist customers.

Great bag

Great bag, dress up or down. Plenty of space but not too big. At price point, I would prefer more compartments inside; I would prefer same style with softer body of leather and not such a shaped body for the purse.

Beware!

I purchased two sweaters from Macy’s site which were on sale within my ten day purchase. Upon trying to get a price adjustment, I was told they could not do it because the sweaters were purchased from a third party person. I am a Macy’s customer who purchased what I thought was Macy’s merchandise using a Macy’s charge card. I have called Macy’s four times now and still haven’t received any kind of price adjustment. BEWARE OF YOUR PURCHASES FROM MACYS!
