Beautiful watch, packing and observing not so good

Love the watch and engraving is perfect for gifting. My problem with this particular item is this... They forgot to send the item in the packaging box! There are NO instructions included with purchase. How to adjust band, how to operate watch etc would have been super helpful!! I do give props to customer service for a friendly, quick response getting a new order in and shipped to me within a few days!
