Cake stand review

The cake stand was well wrapped so there was no way it would break, but I found the cover too thin.

Shipped without the dome

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my wife, and had it shipped. Came in a big shipping box, but I didn't go to wrap until the 24th. I opened the big shipping box, which housed a much, much smaller box. To my absolute, gut-wrenching disappointment, the box within was so small because the cake stand's dome was not included. It was only the stand inside this bog shipping box. I called Macy's customer service and was assured a new and complete set would ship ASAP. It never did. Macy's failed my wife's Christmas gift experience. After the customer service call, Macy's still failed to ship the complete order. Now nearly three months later, it's 2 days aways from my Wife's birthday. I am making her a cheesecake. She's going to wonder why her cheesecake is on a dinner plate instead of presented on a cake stand and protected from our terrorist cats with a dome. Order No. 4539982215

Incomplete shipment each time

I am waiting on the third shipment of this product. First two times it shipped without the glass dome portion of the set. If I do not get it the third time after talking to customer service and being assured it will be right i will just ask for a refund.
