Would not purchase again.

Does not come with instructions or with necessary masks. No idea what to do with it. You must download a phone app. Invasive of privacy by collecting information that should not be required to use a face product.

I would love to give this product 5 stars because I already own products from this company. The problem is, I never received the product I ordered. So now I'll probably have to file a claim and go through some long process with Macy's and the post office. Just buy it from the store directly. plus, you'll save in shipping too.

marketing issue

I recently purchased the UFO 3 and was disappointed to find that it did not come with even 1 mask to try only a couple of serums. Since it is recommended to use only ufo masks and there is no specific info on what each programme is for, how can one really evaluate the product? I don’t know how effective it might be without buying additional products. I would not recommend the product without further testing.
