Disappointing. Bad manukau primer. Wand contact

I got the FAQ102. Used it one week so far, 3 times. I don’t expect to see results this fast so it is ok to not have results yet. I am not loving this product because I need to use a separate timer to guide myself for treatment and pause and switch to another mode while the primer dries instantly and has zero glide. I asked for help with this poor primer formulation and was told that I should not add water, should not use anything else. It is impossible to use their p1 honey primer. Just use more, the person said. I did use loads and still very poor glide . Another thing that is an issue for me is that my face has prominent bone structure and so the wand base at certain areas cannot be in full contact flat at all 4 points rendering it completely useless in many areas of my face. Sides of forehead where it curves, temples, my cheekbones as they are rounded. Basically anywhere with any shape and not a flat surface size matching the base of the wand. I love the bear and feel its effect and results very much. Even after a few uses. This has been a waste of money. The EMS seems same as the bear at higher intensity. I do think they need to list the current strengths for us to compare the two products. The bear is supposed to be much weaker with different purpose. Ems is meant to be stronger. But somehow I am not feeling it. The bear two point probes works way better for contact as well. I can’t get the faq to contact all 4 points most of the time. This company really needs to give more technical specs information. Strength of micro currents and rf temperature etc.

Another awesome Foreo device!

Very, very happy with my 101 - great results and still only using basic mode (I have done the training). I have some sebaceous hyperplasia and have been alternating between blue and red LED to treat this. I have noticed a marked improvement, and the bonus is that my skin is also looking more youthful! I have taken one star off because the instructions say the device should only be used with the FAQ serum, but there was none in the package - not even a tester. There was a sachet of Serum Serum Serum, though. Bought my device in the Black Friday early sale.

Device is locked on low EMS and RF

Its not a one time investment. Also in the app the purchase for the 14 monthly package to unlock it doesnt work Please help unlock those EMS and RF settings

Tighter

I have unlocked the “Pro” feature and am using once a week as directed. My cheeks are definitely tighter and my skin looks good. I haven’t seen much progress with my neck, but I really just started so I can’t really say. I am looking forward to results

Can’t be without this now

It’s absolutely fabulous, I can tell after every use because my skin glows and fews amazing, honestly it’s perhaps expensive but it’s worth it for me as i won’t be going to get tweakments anymore and I’m using less skincare

so effective

I was expecting a lot from this device, but the results have kicked in a short period of time (I have been using it for two weeks now) - my fine lines are a lot less noticeable and my skin absorbs the rest of my routine a lot better (pulsations, thank you). Overall verdict - the best investment ever

Technology is good, instructions not

I bought the FAQ 102 last month and was very disappointed with the app and the instructions on how to use. I wrote my own detailed instructions (on the basis of your one video) and am anxiously waiting for an app update that has detailed treatment videos, as with Bear and UFO. It really does work, but without proper instructions/support, it is a bit scary to use at the beginning. I would recommend this to friends after the aforesaid videos are in the app. The product itself works and as with other Foreo gadgets, is super!
