Works Great; I Didn't Like the Taste

I used to get Emergenzzz, but now that it is discontinued, I had to find something else. I saw Force Factor Liquid Labs sleep product, and the melatonin plus sleep herbs looked good. Well, it works. I only take it when I'm tossing and turning and can't get to sleep, but once I would get up and take some, I would always be asleep within 30 minutes. That said, I personally found the taste awful. To me it tasted like blueberry eggplant or something crazy like that. I tried mixing with more water and it didn't help. I mixed it with cran-grape juice and that helped. I also got used to it a little bit, but never got used to the flavor even when masked. It also doesn't dissolve easily. But it definitely works. With 10mg of melatonin it should!

Not sure...

I took my 1st drink last nite. Fell asleep fast but woke up at 1am again at 3am then got up at 5am. Felt normal but little groggy. Fell back asleep at 10am and slept till 2pm....maybe the melatonin....have never taken it before. Will try it again at some point.

I tried this product last night. It has a lot of the sleep aid supplements of many products. But, I had a difficulty falling to sleep and staying asleep. I noticed the 2 grams of sugar. I am wondering if this kept me in and out of sleep.

Sleepy Sleepy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from Insomnia and it's awful. I always feel better when I get a good nights sleep so I thought I would give these sticks a try because nothing else worked. These sticks are a life savor. About an hour before bed I mix these with my water and I am good to go. My only complaint is if I get less than 8 hours of sleep I feel very sluggish the next day so I don't use these nightly.
