Dissapointed customer.

Love the shoes. Poor customer service at Macy's Wolfchase Gallaria, especially the caucasion night supervisor and young black cashier. Very unpleasant experience. Please address this poor behavior.

What you see may not be what you get.

I haven't yet tried what Macy's sent to me, but I just wanted to say that you may not get what is being advertised here. I ordered the beige color as shown. I got different packaging which was longer, in different lettering and design, and in black, white, and purple. It was simply labeled as "Foot Petals" and not "Fancyfeet by foot petals." Also, the cushions were shaped like flowers with six petals and not ovals, as shown, above. For this reason, I'm not certain that the petals will not peek through the top of the shoes. I wish that Macy's would have sent me what I ordered and paid for, and what is shown on their website.

great product

It works great. I have a pair of high-heel shoes but the back heel edges really hurt my feet. I've attached a pad on each and now I don't feel any pain after a few hours, and it did not move around as some reviews complained. I guess it depends on where you put them.

Great Support Protection

Excellent support protectors- bought for heel protection from some of my slip on shoes. So far work well.
