missing watch set

I order about 25 watch sets but one of them can and the box was mash someone open the watch box touch the watch set out tape the box up and it was empty I had to call twice to have it replaced. Thank you Macy's for standing behind your consumers, thank you so much the that gift will be a little late.

I wouldn't recommend this wrist watch.

I developed allergic reaction because of this and similar watches ( it is not only me..I know a couple of ladies who developed allergic reaction as well, they are complained about these types of watches which they were going to return). It appeared, that only a bracelet is made of stainless steel. The round watch itself was not made of stainless steel, which caused allergic reaction. I wonder, how come "very economical" vendors do not use stainless steel for each part of the watch, do they? And happy customers will not even think to return their beautifully made watches.
