Poor Design Flimsy build

I ordered this drawer through Macy’s, but it turns out it was sold by a third-party seller. The drawer came in hundreds of tiny pieces and took my husband (who is experienced with furniture assembly) over an hour to put together. Even after that, the quality was disappointing—flimsy build, sharp edges, and poor design. The bottom drawer doesn’t close properly, and the top drawer has no proper grip space to open it. We discovered the issues only after full assembly. I contacted Macy’s, and they said the seller would reach out to resolve the issue since disassembling this piece would take another hour and a half—and we no longer have the box. No one ever contacted us. I followed up multiple times, and still no response. There needs to be a better return process for defective fully assembled items.
