Extremely poor service

I have been waiting more then 2 close to 3 weeks originally was sent to an unknown address that was never in my account and instead of Macys expediting my order decided to sent regular. Extremely poor service and changing my address to someone unknown is poor business practice be aware that Macy doesn’t not offer any resolution to make things right. Also I keep getting review surveys for this but how if I am still waiting and I am the ones who is being told to be patient.
