Awful

I bought this pillow on April 21. It has no support and is very flimsy. This is not a high end hotel pillow. I have not been able to sleep on it since I received it. It has no cooling effects. I would appreciate someone contacting me. I would like a refund and send this back to you. I have been unable to contact anyone about this problem.

Like I imagine sleeping on a cloud is like!
