Macy has lost my belt in the mail. Til today, I have not receive my belt. How can I give a survey?

When received this navy-cofloredleather belt had a a strong unpleasant odor, and therefore I put the belt in my garage in hopes the odor would lessen. About three weeks later the belt seems now less odorous but I regret having purchased it.
