fake ad

ordered this Jan 25 2025. was guaranteed delivery before valentine’s day. just got email from macys that this seller does not have this in stock and cancelled my order 1 week before valentine’s day. yet here it is still for sale on macys website. don’t bother ordering

Don’t bother

Broken between two stones, so disappointing 😢 Bought this for sweet 16 gift, should know better than to buy online from Macy’s, quality control would have prevented it but obviously they don’t care

I purchased this for a Sweet 16 gift, when it arrived it was broken between two of the stones, 😞 obviously if they had looked at it before shipping this would not have happened- another failure from Macy’s

Wrong Size
