Does not work

I purchased one the music box did not work. I sent it back bought another and not only did it have the same problem but I was sent one that had obviously already been returned as it had other flaws. I have always loved Fitz and Floyd for the quality and beauty of their items but now I wonder if they have changed manufacturers or what because this was a disaster.. If you are buying this for the ability to play music I would not trust it the release to start the playing is the issue in both of them.
