Great Purchase!!
Love it! I like that it comes with an app and bluetooth, but I don't really want to pay for the monthly subscription to workouts. But otherwise, I'm very happy with it. It was easy to assemble, too!

Great Low Impact Workout
I had been looking for something that would give me an affordable and good low impact cardio workout and this rower is "it" for me. I'm not a gym rat and don't care for more traditional cardio activities so this compact, easy to store and sturdy machine has made it easy to get a full body workout without leaving the comfort of my home! I highly recommend this product!!

Excellent piece to add to a home gym
Great rowing machine for the money. Not cheap and it gets the job done. Slides extremely smoothly and it has a good range of tension that is easily changed. Excellent option to be able to do some arm workouts standing too. A great machine for first timers and for adding a different type of workout at home. It doesn't take up much space. I leave mine down, but it can be folded. Long and narrow.

Does ok
I knew this would be a far cry from a concept 2 that I used when our gyms were open.. it feels ok for myself, 5'8 woman. My husband fits on it, 6'5 no problem too. The workout feels pretty minor. The tension setting seems to go off intermittently. My first row was only 20 minutes and it changed throughout it about 8 times without me adjusting it. Overall it is something to keep us busy until the world gets back open.

Great for the price
I used to workout at Orange Theory and since the pandemic started I decided to build my home gym. It is not the same as a water rower, this rower uses magnetic resistance but it does a good job. Awesome workout, I have had it since March and I have no issues with the rower.

Bad quality product. Worst customer service!
Right after assembly, when I tried the machine, the tension belt ripped. It is now unusable. What a waste of time and money, i’ve been emailing the service department and tried calling them but no response yet after 2 weeks. Terrible customer service. Not recommended!
