FlipFlops

I have about 12 pairs of these brand of shoes and I love everyone of them. I especially love the sandals with the beads on the top. I haven’t seen them for a while. Some of the ones I have are wearing out so I have to be careful. I do wish you would make some more beaded ones.

Poor fit

Macys yet another fail

My complaint is not with the product, it is with Macys. I ordered 2 pairs of these and even paid an expedite fee to get them because they said they were in stock. When the order was placed the arrival date was 2 days. I finally received 1 pair over a week later. It was the wrong size. Received the 2nd pair almost a week after that and it was the wrong size as well. When I called about getting my expedite fee back, they told me that this fee was applied when they finally shipped the product and not a 2 day ship after order placement. They did credit 1/2 of it back but promised the other half upon arrival of the other pair. I have not seen that refund yet. Macys has failed yet again! Macys is not what it used to be.

Lulu Crystal Fitflop

This would have been my second pair of these because the 1st pair were amazing. The new design of the piece that goes between the toes hurt so bad I couldn't even stand to walk with them in my house. Unfortunately, I had to return them. I am so bummed because the 1st pair was all I ever wore in the summer. They had a leather toe piece that was so soft and comfortable. Hope they bring it back!
