[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having less-than-normal and healthy feet , I find there are only about two brands of shoes now that I can currently wear - and one is FitFlops. Fitflops are clunky but supremely comfortable. However, in my work right now I cannot sacrifice an on-trend appearance - and surely cannot wear my beloved Fitflop sandals in the winter! Therefore, I was THRILLED to find these combat boots! They do have the Fitflop sole - and thus do look a little clunkier than a fashion combat boot that would have a separated heel and sole - but the comfort of the genuine leather and the Microwobbleboard sole far outpaces any miniscule quirks of fashion consideration. Although I usually wear a 10 in Fitflop sandals, I sized up to an 11 in this boot, and absolutely needed the extra room for my toes and a bit of a sock. A narrower foot may be able to wear her regulular size; ergo I think this boot runs relatively TTS. The surprise was the leather - soft and pliable, but sturdy. Zippers work, lacing can be adjusted. My favorite with rolled faded jeans, but looks edgy and cool with my black straight maxi skirt and an oversized sweater. Really, I am quite pleased with this purchase!

Did not receive the item
I never received the item. When the order was placed I did not know that my old address was attached to my Macys account. The policy states you have 30 minutes to make adjustments on your online order. This was not the case. I tried contacted customer service. Since my order was placed several hours before they opened my time to get assistance with the change of address for delivery was cancelled. When I finally got through, I spoke with three customer service representatives. The last one Chris, said he would call back , in a few days to discuss me getting a refund. None of that occurred. Long story short, my boots were delivered to my old address. I hope , whoever received them were blessed and enjoyed them. I have been a loyal customer of Macys for decades, this ordeal has caused me to proceed with caution before I order from them again.
Comfortable and cute
These boots are exactly what I wanted for long hours on my feet. Love that they are water resistant too! Perfect for walking in the city. I usually wear an 8 wide and got these in a size 8.

If you need a little spring in your step and a little more Cush underfoot.. give these boots a try. Perfect for Hoka lovers but geared to weather with some height for snow and slush. these boots are easy off and on with a side zipper and adjustable across the arch with their lace up feature. Breathable leather uppers so you can wear them every day with no odor buildup. đź‘Ť
