Grossly Inadequate

I am not happy with this watch that I received for my birthday several days ago. The number of floors I climb are grossly inadequate, the number of steps I take show to be approx 1000 a day, and the watch shows that I have no activity minutes despite going to the gym and walking my dog multiple times a day. The watch also indicates that I am only active about 13% of the day. I got this watch to help with improving my fitness and challenging myself to be more active but the watch is like a slap in the face! I called customer service with no help. This watch is absolutely awful.

Don't buy from Macy's

Seller cancelled my order the day before delivery and had it shipped back to them. Macy's refused to provide a refund, so I had to dispute it on my credit card. Not the products fault, but the email specifically asked about Macy's as well.

The larger face is a nice feature.. long battery life too! A lot more info than I had on charge 3 and still learning
