The screen size, all it's functions and being able to buy from Macy's
Crappy product and worst customer service
I used this watch for less than a month and it started counting the number of times I went upstairs incorrectly. I contacted the customer service via app chat. I was advised to restart the watch. It did not work. I did factory reset, hoping that it will fix whatever the issue was,, it did not. I attempted to contact customer service via app phone call, call went silent or dropped. I called the customer number and spoke with someone. So the solution I was given was remove the feature from being displayed on the watch/app. Wear the watch loosely ( have small band - my wrist is 6.5 inch, I wear the watch in the last hole and can fit 4 fingers through the band). I was told that watch will capture data incorrectly possibly due to excessive moisture. I informed the representative, I have been swimming, I don't wear it in the shower or while giving kids a bath. Only moisture exposure will be while I wash my hands. He had no response. Crappy customer service

Only buy if you wanna waste your time
Do not buy not sure what’s up with them. They would freeze! Worse watch ever I wanted to upgrade from Versa 2 but it was bad I had for one day and returned the next. I needed up buying Apple Watch.

Don't know yet it's my husband Christmas gift, I am sure he will love it. I have a versa 2 and I love it.
DOESNT last
After 2 years it is trash. It keeps resetting and freezing. What a waste of money. I wish my husband would let me get him an iPhone the watches are way better quality

Poor watch
The GPS takes a long time to connect and does not stay connect through out a run. The Versa 3 does not allow for music download like the Versa 2 and Ionic. Very disappointed in this purchase. I do not know why fitbit takes away this music feature on this '"upgraded" version and requires you to pay for Pandora or Deezer premium to download.

Their research showed that it was not a top feature for the majority of their customers and by removing it, it allowed them to add other new and exciting experiences. For GPS concerns, please try a soft reset (hold down power button ~15 secs. until the Fitbit logo reappears.) If the issue continues please contact Fitbit customer support.
