Favorite Fitbit to date

This is the 4th design of Fitbit watches/trackers and 3rd smart watch I have owned. It is my favorite to date. Battery life is great as well as the touchscreen. My husband has an Ionic and he loves it too. I have bought lots of bands online for cheap to accessorize it. I am a swimmer so I love the Waterproof aspect. I bought it from Macy's in 2019 and still love it. I recommend buying a screen protector to so the screen doesn't get scratches with daily use. I got a deep one before getting a screen protector but it isn't noticeable under the protector.

Screen separated

I bought this fitbit in January as a gift to myself for my birthday. It was going well for the most part, little things don't bother me. Then a couple months later all of a sudden the screen lifted off. I contacted fitbit and the replaced it. Ok great we are ok again until early November again the same thing happened with the replacement. I'm currently in the process of sending back to them again. Let's just say I'm done with this product. Maybe the brand over all.

Too complicated for me.

Very nice Fitbit, but I'd would have to be a Tech savvy. I didn't know how to make use of all the apps.

disappointed!! it's not accurate

Had the versa Fitbit decided to go with the versa 2. very disappointed neither of them for the price worked accurate. if I moved my hand it counted like steps. it looked more like a sport watch even purchasing different style of bands. Decided to go with a different brand and cheaper price. I must say ITouch watch is accurate and it gives me a heart rate and blood oxygen level.

Got it for relative, they didn't want it. I bought it for my sister who is trying to get back in shape and she doesn't want it at all.

It is a great product BUT the touchscreen stopped working after 4 months. Now, it's too late to return it
