Fitbit charge 6

Love the style and look of it. Works great and seems to be accurate. I got a new boho bracelet to dress it up so it's feminine and pretty. My complaint is in all the descriptions it says it has voice assistant and that Google apps come built in. After much trial and error, called Fitbit. Charge 6 does NOT have voice assistant. That's a standard Google app. It only has wallet which I'm sure they all probably have. I have sight problems so that particular thing is important to me. I kept the watch because I like it and needed an upgrade but disappointed.

Not a fan

Pretty hard to believe all of these great reviews. Bought this charge 6 about 6 weeks ago and it is the worst fitbit I’ve owned. It continually drops the Bluetooth connection and so the text and phone notification feature is useless. If that’s important to you, don’t purchase this watch. See the 5 pages of complaints about this in the Fitbit community forum. The problem has never been resolved yet they keep selling the watch. Also, the band is very small and it irritates my wrist.

Cannot Add More Than One Device

Disappointed that I could not add this as a second device. I intended to use the Charge for for active days and my existing Luxe for dress.

Last order with Macys

I'm done with Macy's and their deceptives practices. I placed an order two weeks ago and checked in three times on why my order hadn't been processed. Now that this item is no longer on sale anywhere they've told me it's on backorder. I literally asked about this order yesterday. I've had more than enough of Macy's schemes and their terrible customer service. I will be avoiding Macy's and I recommend you do the same.

Excellent Fitness Tracker
