fitbit charge 2 heart rate fitness wristband

I purchased it december 2018 five months later the battery died i haven,t been able to fix it .

A must have

I have purchased a few trackers from different companies and this one by far is my favorite. I love that it tracks so much more than just your step. When you download the app you can keep track of your steps, caloric intake, menstrual cycle, water intake, etc. I love that is is compatible with other apps such as LoseIt. I would definitely recommend. The strap did start to get lose about 1yr after but the device itself is going strong.

Fitbit Charge 2 is JUNK

Purchased at the end of November as a gift to myself. I forgot about the purchase. I remembered in January. I wore it for 2-3 weeks. I noticed that the steps it was recording would periodically stop. The last time it just would not work any more! I then found out there is only a 30 day warranty. I guess that is a GREAT way to take the customer's money! #FitbitCharge2isJUNK #FitbitSucks

love my fitbit

this is a very good way to keep on track with exercise, I use mine at the gym and it helps to keep me motivated, you can track your sleep and what you eat also

This was an upgrade to my old Fitbit and I am SO glad I purchased it. Definitely recommend!

Fitbits don't last very long

This is my fifth Fitbit. It lasted only 4 months before the strap on the left side fell off. I ordered 2 new straps but those fell off on the left side as well. The watch itself still works perfectly and the right side strap is very tight, but it isn't much use without the left strap.

I got a lemon

Was so excited to receive this because I wanted to know my sleep qualities ie. nonREM, REM, etc Did not get these info at all. The graphs were not colored and FITBIT was not capturing any data.I don't think it's FITBIT Charge 2 in general. I just was issued a lemon. Will be returning this item.

broke in less than 2 months

I cannot believe that it is already broken. I though maybe water came inside? even when I tried to be extra careful with this. I turned off for an entire month .. I put it down all December ( and I forgot about it). I return from the Holidays, and organizing my desk, I found it, charged again, but nothing.. death. I going to see if the manufacturer has any warranty. I enter here to see at Macys.com, but I read is just the first month. It is too expensive for a low quality. Too disappointed.
