Item ordered from web different from picture shown

Not happy at all with my order. The picture of the Disney princess was Rapunzel - however that is not what I received. I received Disney princess Elsa and I wanted Rapunzel-as the picture showed. If you are going to sell an assortment of Disney princess-you need to make sure the customer knows what they have available. I called customer service and they said sorry. I should have been given an immediate refund for Macy’s mistake!
