Horrible purchase

This was purchased for a Christmas gift and it came in a brown box, not the normal fisher price box so i was embarrassed to give it as it looked to be used or returned. I will donate. I dont know what has happened to Macys, I have had issues loke this with other purchases and custo.er service is not like it used to be.
