Missing item in delivery

Cute top and hat, but the bottoms did not come with the delivery. Hopefully they are still available in the size I ordered and purchased.

Cute Suit

This is such a cute swim suit, but when I received it and opened it today, there were 3-4 small slits in the right sleeve of the top. I can't return it because I threw the shipping information away when I received it a couple of weeks ago. I am purchasing another and very hopeful it will be intact.
