Not bright white

I bought this outfit since it said it was bright white and I thought it would be a great summer edition to his wardrobe. When I received it, the tag said bright white, but it is a blue herringbone. I am still deciding if I am going to return it since the color is not what is described. beware if you are only going by the color description.
