Not seeing that many changes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously used First Aid Beauty .25% Beginner Retinol about a year ago and noticed a huge difference. Picked this back up a few months ago because it has increased strength. Honestly, it is doing NOTHING! I don't feel like I am seeing any change in my skin texture and appearance. Having used retinol before, I do know what effects it should have. I don't think this is an effective product.
