I love my Fire Place. It suits my small living room. I got all the pieces and both remote. Fire Place worked quite fine. friends and family love it. measurements were correct

I order this product and I received NO parts and I contacted customer service waiting ! it's annoying for such a big item how can they not in close the main part (SREWS ) .

Difficult to put together

It’s beautiful but we found it challenging to assemble it. Yes it’s difficult to assemble it. Need to follow instructions very throughly and carefully. Requires patience.

Nothappy

It looks like a childs play fireplace. it took hubby 4 hours to put together. it is way too small for Living room. i put it in my grandkids room instead. Oh yeah its missing the remote too.
