Shoulder Strap Would Not Attach . . .

I had high hopes for using this duffel bag for going to the gym. One of the main reasons I selected this bag was because it had the option of carrying it by a strong looking shoulder strap. But the metal clip attaching the shoulder strap to the hook on the bag itself, popped off before I could even get the strap attached to the bag, and I found it very difficult to re-attach the pin. Assuming that I could find a friend or relative with stronger fingers than mine, I don't want to have to deal with the possibility of the pin becoming repeatedly unattached, making the shoulder strap useless. Thus, I will be returning this duffel. If you don't care about having a shoulder strap, this is a very nice, attractive bag, with several exterior pockets and a nice roomy interior., and strong- looking, sewn on handles.
